Stop 1: Gdańsk.
After a long but (I’m not gonna lie) comfortable flight, we woke up this morning, refreshed and excited to explore this quaint old town, so full of history. I don’t want to bore any you not interested in the WW2 (I’m one of them, don’t worry), but it is worth mentioning that Gdańsk is where the war began.
We might come back to bore you some more after we visit the WW2 Museum on Wednesday. For now let’s focus on why we are really here:
Besides eating our body weight in this delicious Polish cuisine, we took a walk around! And even conquered my fear of heights on a Ferris Wheel! Really getting amongst it from day dot.
After a well deserved siesta, we’re planning to visit the PIEROGARNIA for some lunch 😆
